Design Questions

1. What can you design and print?
Here's a brief list of our printing capabilities:  business cards, letterhead, envelopes, worship guides, brochures, holiday cards, invitations, flyers, large format signage, car wraps, decals, stickers, and the list could go on.  If it can printed, we can probably do it.

2. How long does it take for you to design?
It's hard to give an exact time frame for design completion, due to the wide variety of print work that we do.  As a good rule of thumb it takes about a week.

3. How does your design process work?
We believe that the design process begins with a relationship, so our design process is simple. We will ask you questions about your business, and once we get an idea of what you like, we start designing.

4. Do you use templates in your designs?
No, we do not use templates in any of our print design. All print design projects are custom made for your company.

1. Do you offer print services too?
As an added convienance for our customers, we have partnered with one of the largest printing brokers in the country to offer unbelievable rates. However, we also believe in supporting local print shops so we leave the option on the table at let you decide what direction to go. Either way we promise to get the job done right.

2. How long will it take for you to complete my print order once the design is complete?
There isn't a short answer to this question. Some jobs can be produced in minutes and some jobs may take days. Let us know when you need your job completed and shipped, and we'll let you know if it can be done. We go to great lengths to meet your most stringent demands.

3. What is a "proof"?
A proof is a way of ensuring that we've set your type accurately and that everything is positioned according to your requirements. Typically, we will produce a proof which will be sent to you online in PDF format.

4. Why do I need to look at a proof if I've already approved your design?
Because no one is perfect, your approval on the final proof is assurance that you have looked over every aspect of our work and approve it as accurate. It benefits everyone if errors are caught in the proofing process rather than after the job is completed and delivered.
